Chewy-Gooey Fruit Cobbler(Heart Healthy Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

egg substitute equivalent to 2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. reconstituted nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1 c. canned or fresh fruit
1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. Modified Butter (see recipe) or non-hydrogenated margarine) or 1/4 c. Modified Butter and 1/4 c. prune puree*
1/3 c. brown rice syrup
1/4 c. barley malt syrup or honey
1 c. unbleached flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
Preparation

*For prune puree, use blender or food processor.
Add only enough water to prunes to make puree.
