Pre-heat oven to 230\u00b0C

Corn Meal Muffins, Corn Meal Pancakes, Corn Meal Waffles and Whole Corn Pancakes.
Freeze the pasta sauce in an ice cube tray. Do not fill it full, you want half-full ice cubes.
Combine sauce cubes, pasta, veggies, and chicken in a freezer bag. Freeze.
To cook: Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add meal straight from freezer. Cook covered on medium for 10 minutes or until sauce is melted and the vegetables look done. Add cheese and serve.

In a large saucepan, boil 3 cups water and salt. In small bowl, mix corn meal and cold water.
Gradually stir corn meal mixture into salted boiling water; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cover and continue cooking on low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with milk and sugar.
Yield: 6 servings.
Mix salt with meal and slowly pour meal into boiling water until mixture begins to thicken.
When corn mush is thick, pour in dish and chill until well set.
Slice to fry or bake.
Rinse catfish fillets; pat dry.
