Corn Meal Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten or Egg Beaters to equal 2 eggs
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 Tbsp. corn meal
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and corn meal.
Add eggs, milk and margarine. Add vanilla and vinegar; stir until smooth.
Pour into prepared unbaked pie crust.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Best when served slightly warm or at room temperature.
