Spread caramel over the top of Alouette Baby Brie.
Brush apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Arrange apples on top of the Alouette Baby Brie.

I just had this sandwich in a restaurant and posted a thread talking about it- several people asked me to post it as a recipe, so I'm kind of guessing here.
Split the baguette for a sandwich.
Slice the brie into medium thick slices and place a layer on each side of the open baguette.
Place in a 350 oven for a few minutes to warm the brie.
Top with apple slices, a little chutney or preserves and sprinkle toasted walnuts over.
Preheat oven to 375.
Place brie cheese wheel in a baking dish and heat for 15 to 20 mins or until cheese is soft.
In a small skillet over medium heat combine butter, garlic, and salt and cook for about 1 minute then slowly add the honey and continue to heat and stir until all ingredients are combined (about 20 to 30 seconds).
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the brie.
This recipe is absolutely delicious when spread over warm French bread or baguette!
Cook the Pasta.
Meanwhile in a large stainless steel bowl, mix the Butter, Egg yolk, and Cream.
Remove the lid to the pasta pot and replace it with the bowl. (Double boiler)

Slowly stir in the Brie 'til it melts.

When the Pasta is done, drain it and stir it into the Brie mixture.

Add onions and cook until transparent.
Add brown sugar and vinegar and cook covered for 15 minutes over low heat until onions are caramelized.
Season with salt and pepper as desired and cook on low until all moisture is evaporated.

1 tablespoon into pre baked shells and top with a sliver of Brie cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Serve warm.

Remove the rind from 3 slices of Brie.
Whisk eggs for 1 minute. While moving the skillet in a circular motion, pour the eggs in continuing motion, cook until the outside edges are firm (approximately 1 minute). Then flip the omelet to finish cooking (about 30 seconds). Place the cheese slices in the center and fold the omelet. Salt and pepper to taste.
