Cook spinach according to directions on packet. Cool.
In a large bowl, whisk ricotta, eggs, cheeses, onion flakes, stock powder and nutmeg together until smooth.
Add spinach.
Grease the muffin or friand tins with the butter.
Spoon mixture into cases (I get six mini-quiches from this mixture).
Bake in moderately hot (180C) oven for 30-40 minutes, or until golden on outside and cooked through.

Mix sausage, tomato sauce and mushrooms.
Spread thinly on each slice and top with grated cheese.
Spray pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Bake chicken for 30 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0.
Mix sour cream, soup and cheese.
Pour fat from chicken.
Sprinkle salt over chicken (just a little).
Pour mixture over chicken.
Bake for 30 more minutes or until bubbly hot (at least 15 minutes).
Use a large roasting pan.
Melt margarine in pan and let pan cool.
Beat eggs, milk and salt together.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Stir after 15 minutes.
At 30 minutes, increase temperature to 350\u00b0.
Stir and bake another 5 to 10 minutes or to desired consistency. Stir and serve.
Boil chickens until done and debone.
Mix broth, pepper and salt. Cut sausage into one-inch pieces and add to broth.
Bring to a boil.
Add rice and stir constantly until broth begins to thicken.
Add chicken and stir.
Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in bowl.
Pour over chicken.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Turn and bake on other side for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
