Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up chicken or chicken breasts for 4 people
1 dark bottle Russian dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot jam
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in bowl.
Pour over chicken.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Turn and bake on other side for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
