Chasin Chili (For 10 People) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. pinto beans
5 cans canned tomatoes
4 bell peppers, chopped fine
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
3 onions, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. chili powder
2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. parsley
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. Accent
1 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
Preparation

Cook beans until tender.
Add tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes. Saute peppers in oil for 5 minutes.
Add onions and cook while stirring.
Add garlic and parsley.
Melt butter and saute meats for 15 minutes.
Add meats to onion mixture.
Stir in chili powder and cook 10 minutes.
Add to beans and add rest of spices and mix. Simmer, covered, for 1 hour and uncovered for 30 minutes.
Skim off fat.
Will feed 10 people.
