Party Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. party peas
1 c. each chopped celery, onion and green pepper
1 can water chestnuts
1 can mushroom soup, diluted with juice from water chestnuts
1 medium jar pimento
1 stick butter, melted
1 can onion rings
Preparation

Saute finely chopped celery, onion and green pepper in melted butter.
Remove and mix with remaining ingredients (except onion rings).
Pour all ingredients into greased baking dish. Top with onion rings. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
