Baked Mac And Cheese For 30 People - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    2 1/2 lb. New York State cheese
    6 eggs
    1 qt. milk
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil macaroni according to directions on package; drain. While hot add grated cheese, saving some to put on top.
    Add margarine and eggs which have been beaten into the milk.
    Mix dry mustard with a little of the milk.
    Place all in a large greased casserole. Spread cheese and bread crumbs on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden.
    Delicious for large picnics or parties.
