Vegetable Soup For Canning - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 hot peppers
4 onions
3 cups butter beans (cooked separately for 30 minutes)
10 ears corn
2 gallons tomatoes
1 head cabbage
3 cups okra
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and boil for 30 minutes.
Put in clean hoot jars and seal.
Makes approximately 12 quarts.
