Chocolate Fudge

In large saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt; bring to full boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly, over moderate heat.
Remove from heat.
Add Nestle real milk chocolate morsels and Nestle semi-sweet morsels.
Stir until morsels melt and mixture is well blended.
Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Pour into aluminum foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
Chill in refrigerator until firm.
Makes 2 1/2 pounds candy.

Peanut Butter Fudge

In heavy gauge saucepan, combine sugar, butter and Carnation evaporated milk.
Bring to a full rolling boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add Nestle peanut butter morsels; stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth.
Add Kraft Marshmallow Creme and vanilla extract; beat until well blended.
Pour into foil-lined 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with peanuts and press into fudge.
Chill until firm.

Crunchy Fudge Sandwiches

Melt Nestle's butterscotch morsels with peanut butter in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring until blended. Stir in Rice Krispies. Press half of mixture into buttered 8-inch square pan. Chill. Set remainder aside.

Peanut-Butter Fudge

Slowly add milk as stirring first four ingredients.
Stir all ingredients together, then turn heat on high until it comes to a boil.
Then turn heat to medium and cool until it forms a little ball on cold water (stirring constantly).
Then turn off heat and add the peanut butter and marshmallows.
Remove from stove and stir vigorously until the fudge begins to harden.
Put in a cake square container, level the fudge with a knife.
Let cool for about 20 minutes, then put in refrigerator to set up.

Pourable Fudge Icing

I had to make a double batch of fudge icing to get the right thickness of icing for this cake. The icing recipe I used was a combination of 2 different recipes.
In saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute Remove from heat. Whisk with an electric mixer, for 2.5 - 3 minutes, or until it thickens enough. Pour over cooled or warm cake. Doubled this for a 9x13.

Fudge Krispies

Combine Nestle milk chocolate morsels, butter and corn syrup in a medium saucepan.
Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and sugar.
Add Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal, mixing lightly until well coated.
Spread evenly in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Chill until firm.
Store in refrigerator. Makes 48 squares.

Raspberry Fudge Brownies

Cream together sugar, eggs, butter, Nestle Choco Bake and vanilla extract; beat until creamy.
Add flour, baking powder and soda, salt and mix well.
Add nuts.
Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread while still hot a jar of raspberry preserves or fruit spread.
Let cool completely.

Countess' Fudge

Mix margarine, sugar, Nestle Quik and milk in a saucepan over medium heat; allow to boil for 4 minutes.
Turn off heat.
Add vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal; mix well.
Pour into greased 8 or 9-inch square dish; refrigerate until firm.

Nestle Holiday Fudge

Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in medium heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla.
Stir vigorously for 1 minute, or until marshmallows are melted.
Pour into foil lined 8-inch square baking pan; chill until firm.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.

Jayne'S Fudge

Place butter, sugar, evaporated milk and marshmallows in saucepan, mixing constantly.
(Use wooden spoon.)
Mix until it comes to a boil on medium heat.
Stir for 5 minutes.
Take off heat.
Pour the bag of Nestle bits, vanilla and nuts (if desired) into the pan.
Mix, then pour into 8-inch square pan.
Cool in fridge.
Cut into square pieces.

Marshmallow Creme Fudge

Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1/4 cup margarine and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bring to a FULL BOIL over medium high heat stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add Nestle's morsels and 1 teaspoon vanilla stir until melted, add 1 jar marshmallow cream, . Stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Pour into greased 9\" pan. Chill until firm.
