In medium bowl, thoroughly blend nacho cheese recipe soup mix, sour cream and hot pepper sauce.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill.
Serve with tortilla, corn or potato chips.

Nacho Cheese Sauce:
In a
Spread bean dip on platter.
Spread guacamole dip over bean dip.
Mix sour cream and salsa; spread over guacamole.
Sprinkle chopped tomatoes over top and cover with grated cheese.
Arrange chips around edge of platter like flower petals.
Spread beans on a large platter, leaving 1 inch around edge for nachos.
Mix avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Layer on top of beans.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Layer on avocado mix.
Layer green onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese in that order.
Place nachos on edge of platter.
Dip chips into dip.
On your biggest platter, (or 2 platters) spread the tortilla chips.
Sprinkle the beef on top.
Heat the nacho cheese and drizzle over the beef.
Now spoon on the salsa.
Scatter the lettuce, tomatoes, and green onions on top.
Sprinkle with the green chilis, as much as you want.
Make dollops of sour cream.
Sprinkle with the cheddar.
Mix cream cheese and taco sauce and spread over serving platter or on bottom of large bowl.
Add chopped lettuce to cover and top with tomato, cheese and olives.
Use nacho chips to scoop up dip.
Serves 6 to 8.

Blend avocados, lemon juice and salt.
Spread over bean dip.

Mix together cream cheese with dry taco mix.
Spread on the bottom of large serving platter.
Then spread 2 or 3 tablespoons of Mexican salsa on top.
Layer chopped onion, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and shredded Cheddar cheese.
Top with sliced black olives.
Serve with nacho chips.
Combine beans, picante sauce and 1 cup cheese; stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
On serving platter, layer chips, bean mixture, lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Combine softened cream cheese and salsa.
Spread on a flat serving platter.
Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Just before serving, chop lettuce, tomatoes and black olives. Spread in that order over cheese mixture.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Cook ground beef on stove until browned.
Drain fat off.
Add taco seasoning mix and follow package directions.
Prepare tomatoes, green pepper and cheese, then place ingredients in pizza pan in the following order:
a thick layer of nacho chips, the seasoned ground beef, the tomatoes and peppers, the two kinds of cheese.
Put pan under broiler and broil until cheese melts. Remove from oven and serve immediately with taco sauce.
Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add dry ingredients and whisk for a couple of minutes.
Add milk gradually and whisk until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Add cheese gradually and stir to melt.
Note -- the original recipe called for shredded cheddar. I chose a blend containing cheddar, mozzarella and jalapeno peppers. It adds more zing.

Take a cheesed
Melt cheese and milk until thin.
Cover platter with chips. Sprinkle with layer of lettuce and tomato.
Pour cheese over all. Serve at once.
If using, brown beef and drain.
Season with chili powder and cumin (if not using beef, season the refried beans with the chili powder and cumin).
Spread the beans in a shallow 10-inch greased dish.
Sprinkle on the beef followed by the green chilies, Monterey Jack and Cheddar.
Pour taco sauce over cheese.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Garnish immediately with layers of green onions, black olives, guacamole and sour cream.
Place dish on platter and surround with tortilla chips.
Serve warm.

Heat process cheese spread and sour cream in saucepan over low heat; stir until process cheese is melted.
Add chicken and chilies; heat thoroughly.
Layer half of chips and chicken mixture on platter; repeat layers.
Top with lettuce and tomato.
