Cook rice according to instructions on the box; set aside. Saute finely chopped onion in butter.
Scramble eggs and add to onion.
Stir in rice.
Add soy sauce.
Mix well.
Heat side dish on low in large frypan until main dish is ready.

Combine milk, minute rice, sugar, raisins and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer, uncovered 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

meanwhile in a non stick skillet, sautee onions and green pepper with a pinch of salt and pepper in 1 tbsp of olive oil until lightly browned. add mushrooms and sautee until cooked. push all ingredients to the side of the pan and scramble eggs on the other side until cooked. add rice, and soya sauce to taste. enjoy!
Use any type cream soup.
In a 2-quart covered microwave dish, empty 1 can cream soup, 1 can Minute rice and 1 can milk.
Stir, cover and cook on High in microwave for 4 minutes.
Turn dish 1/4 turn and continue to cook 3 more minutes.
Stir, cover and let stand 5 minutes or until all of the milk is absorbed.

Mix soup, water and onion soup in saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot.
Spray casserole dish with Pam or use a small amount of Crisco to grease pan. Spread Minute rice (uncooked) on the bottom of the casserole dish.
Place chicken on rice.
Pour hot mixture over chicken and rice.
Make sure all of the rice is moistened.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large non-stick skillet, over medium/high heat.
Add chicken, and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.
Remove from skillet.
Add 1 cup of water, barbecue sauce and corn to skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in minute rice.
Top with chicken.
Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Stir and serve.
