Gibb'S Favorite Side Dish(Wild Rice) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raw wild rice
4 Tbsp. real butter
4 slices chopped bacon
1 small diced and chopped onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1 tin mushrooms
1/4 tsp. Accent
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook rice as in basic recipe (washed and boiled for 45 minutes).
Fry bacon crisp and drain.
Saute onions and celery in butter, add mushrooms and seasonings.
When cooked, mix with wild rice and serve as side dish.
This is ample serving for 4.
