Chicken And Rice In Shroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz. each) cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 (12 oz. each) cans water
    1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
    1 3/4 c. Minute rice
    1 pkg. chicken (amount and specific parts as desired)
Preparation
    Mix soup, water and onion soup in saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot.
    Spray casserole dish with Pam or use a small amount of Crisco to grease pan. Spread Minute rice (uncooked) on the bottom of the casserole dish.
    Place chicken on rice.
    Pour hot mixture over chicken and rice.
    Make sure all of the rice is moistened.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
