Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 c. water
    1 jar salsa
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    chopped green onion
Preparation
    Make rice according to package directions.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix in salsa.
    Cover with cheese.
    Put in microwave long enough to melt cheese.
    Sprinkle with green onion.
    Makes good quick side dish.
    To stretch it, add more rice, small can tomato sauce, Taco Belle package sauce to taste if desired.
