Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Place rice in sprayed 9 x 13 baking pan. Pour 1 cup water around outside of Minute rice. Arrange chicken pieces over rice. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon evenly over chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
Put rice in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Spread onion soup mix over rice; put chicken pieces over soup mix.
Pour cream of chicken soup (combined with 1 1/2 to 2 cans of water) over chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Put Minute rice on the bottom of covered casserole bowl.
Lay chicken breast on top of rice.
Sprinkle onion soup on top of that.
Spoon cream soup on top of that.
Pour 2 cans of water over all of it.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Heat soups and oleo in saucepan.
Take out 1 cup and set aside.
Add rice to soup mixture and stir well.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and lay chicken on top.
Pour remaining cup of sauce over chicken.
Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Watch while baking.
If chicken gets too brown, cover with tinfoil.
Heat soups, mushrooms, water.
Reserve 1 cup; add rice.
Pour in baking dish; lay chicken on top, cover with reserved 1 cup of soup mixture.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
In baking pan spread mixture of 3 cans of soup and rice. Place chicken on top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover pan with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 6.

Once Minute Rice is almost done, add cilantro, parmesan cheese, lemon zest and lemon Juice.

Cook Minute rice using chicken broth.
Do not add butter.
Mix all chopped ingredients together with cooked rice.
Chill well.
On bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan place uncooked Minute rice, then add soups and mix.
