Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 large bottle mushrooms, drained
2 1/4 c. Minute rice
chicken pieces
1 pkg. dry Lipton soup (onion)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

In a saucepan heat butter, chicken soup, mushroom soup and mushrooms together until butter is melted.
Stir often.
Pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle the dry Minute rice on top.
Place cleaned chicken pieces on top of rice.
Sprinkle the dry Lipton onion soup mix over the top of the chicken.
Cover well with foil. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
Quick to make.
