Broccoli, Rice And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (4 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or 4 oz. grated Velveeta
    1 box chopped broccoli (10 oz.)
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    On bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan place uncooked Minute rice, then add soups and mix.
    Drop pads of butter around to equal one stick.
    Next add broccoli (thawed) and the cheese.
    On top of all this, lay chicken breasts.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring occasionally (I remove chicken and stir every 15 minutes).
    Can be made in the morning and stored in the refrigerator until evening when ready to bake.
