Chicken-Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken Minute rice
    1 jar artichoke hearts, chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    8 to 12 green olives, chopped
    2 chicken breasts, diced
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. curry
Preparation
    Cook Minute rice using chicken broth.
    Do not add butter.
    Mix all chopped ingredients together with cooked rice.
    Chill well.
