Drain hominy.

Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo until tender. Empty the 2 cans of hominy, draining one and draining 1/2 of the other can.
Mix in with the onion and bell pepper mixture.
Stir in Cheez Whiz and pimento until melted and mixed well.
Pour into casserole dish.
Bake until bubbly.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Add hominy and tomatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add chili powder and cook until thick.
Put 1/2 in casserole.
Sprinkle 1/2 cheese and onion, then add remainder of hominy, cheese and onion.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Mix ingredients together except Mexican Velveeta cheese. Sprinkle it on top of mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, covered.
Saute onion, garlic, and bacon in large skillet until bacon is crisp and onions are clear; drain fat.
Crumble bacon and return to pan. Add hominy, tomatoes, and chili powder. Cook over low heat until creamy.
Pour into a greased 9x13 casserole and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
