Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (14 1/2 oz. size) cans white hominy
1/2 stick oleo
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (1 lb.) box mild Kraft Mexican cheese

Preparation

Boil liquid out of hominy.
Melt the oleo in a baking dish. Mix hominy and sour cream together.
Pour into baking dish.
Slice and place cheese on top of hominy mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4 to 5.
