Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. Kraft Velveeta Mexican mild cheese, cubed
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
2 cans hominy, drained
3 or 4 green onions, minced or 1 reg onion, chopped
Preparation

Heat soup, onion and cheese until cheese melts.
Add hominy. Pour into casserole dish.
Top with corn flakes.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
If you microwave it, topping can be browned in oven for a few minutes.
You can use crushed crackers for topping instead of corn flakes.
Serves 10-12.
