Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans hominy with peppers
    1 large can chopped green chilies
    8 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green and red chopped bell peppers
    1 bag Velveeta shredded cheese
    1 Tbsp. jalapenos, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. jalapeno juice
    1 bag Mexican Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together except Mexican Velveeta cheese. Sprinkle it on top of mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, covered.
