Mexican Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 cans hominy, drained
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix mushroom soup with Cheddar cheese in saucepan and combine well.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle top with crushed corn chips.
    Bake about 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
