TO MARINATE STEAK: Place the steak in a large dish or

In a glass dish, marinate steak in soy garlic mixture.

Marinate steak for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
For medium-rare, broil steak 5 minutes on each side, basting once with marinade. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing in thin slices.
Cut across the grain.
Always salt steak after it is cooked to avoid toughening.

Mix honey with chilies, mustard, lime juice, garlic, cumin, allspice, and cilantro.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Marinate steak at least 1 hour.
Drain off marinade into small sauce pan and simmer.
Grill or BBQ steak, basting with marinade.
Slice steak against the grain and pour remaining marinade over meat.

Set aside. In Farberware electric wok, add 2 tablespoons of the oil.
Set heat control dial at 350\u00b0.
When the light goes out, add green pepper, onion and garlic.
Stir-fry until pepper is tender-crisp.
Remove to 1-quart Farberware mixing bowl.
To wok, add remaining tablespoon of oil and steak mixture.
Stir-fry until steak is cooked.
Add green pepper mixture and stir-fry until hot.
