Steak "A" Round - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak, cubed
    1/4 c. steak sauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 c. cabbage, shredded
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 medium tomato, cubed
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. beef bouillon
    5 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Marinate steak in refrigerator with first 8 ingredients for up to 3 hours.
    Drain. In large skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter, add cubed steak and fry until brown, stirring often.
    Remove from pan.
    In same pan, add 3 tablespoons butter, celery, cabbage and onion.
    Stir and cook until crisp-tender.
    Add tomatoes and mushrooms.
    Heat through and then add beef and bouillon.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
