Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. cubed steak, round or breakfast steaks (1/2-inch thick)
    1 pkg. meat marinade seasoning
    1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1 onion, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    Marinate steak as directed on package.
    In heavy saucepan, saute pepper, onion and mushrooms until tender and lightly browned.
    Remove from pan.
    Brown steak in a little oil.
    Remove from pan.
    Carefully add marinade seasoning to pan.
    Add soup and stir until soup is dissolved.
    Add the steak and the vegetables to soup and simmer on medium heat until meat is done.
    Can be served over a bed of rice, mashed potatoes or even cooked egg noodles.
