Granny-Honey'S Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large flank steak
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
    juice of 1 small lemon
    2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Marinate steak for 1 to 2 days, turning often.
    Pour marinade over steak.
    Cover loosely with foil to keep from burning.
    Broil 35 minutes.
    Cut very, very thin slices against the grain.
    Serves 8.
