Soy Garlic Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 lb. family steak (1 1/2-inches thick)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except steak.
In a glass dish, marinate steak in soy garlic mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Turn steak occasionally.
Place steak on rack in broiler pan.
Set oven control at broil or 550\u00b0 and broil 3 to 5 inches from heat, about 15 minutes.
While broiling, brush meat with marinade every 5 minutes.
Turn steak, broil about 15 minutes longer or until meat is of desired tenderness.
