tomato soup, cream of celery soup, 1 can water, beef stew and Lipton onion soup mix.
Cut up carrots into 2 to 3-inch round slices and cut up potatoes as desired.

Place in a casserole dish, medium size. Not to big because the gravy will evaporate. The perfect size would be one that the ingredients will almost fit to the top.
Place a lid on the casserole dish.
Slow roast in the oven for about 3 hours. The casserole is done when the meat is tender enough to break apart with a fork.
Put meat in roaster.
Add onion soup mix; sprinkle on.
Add potatoes, onions and carrots.
Mix together cream of celery soup, water and catsup.
Pour over stew.
Bake, covered, for 2 to 3 hours.
Brown beef tips.
Transfer to crock-pot.
Make a flour gravy; add to crock-pot.
Mix cream of mushroom soup and Lipton onion soup mix to gravy and beef tips.
Cook in crock-pot for 6 to 7 hours on medium setting.
Serve over rice.

Put onion soup on top; pour soup and water over stew and onion soup.
Cover with foil and bake
at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
Cut meat into small pieces.

Let cook for about 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.

Brown the chuck roast squares in iron skillet. When browned, pour in 2 cups water to release browned from bottom of pan. Pour into 4-quart pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes.
