Mushroom Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 lb. boneless beef
6 medium potatoes
1 can beef stew
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can corn
1 can peas
1 can string beans
2 small cans mushroom pieces
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. boiled macaroni
1 c. carrots (optional)
Preparation

Cut meat into small pieces.
Season and boil until tender. add beef stew, corn, peas, potatoes and carrots.
Let cook for about 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Add onion soup mix, mushroom pieces and macaroni.
Let simmer until it has made a gravy.
Season to your taste.
Turn off.
Let cool.
