Granny'S Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chuck roast, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 c. water
    3 large potatoes, peeled and cut in large pieces
    1 carrot, peeled and sliced
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    2 qt. water
Preparation
    Brown the chuck roast squares in iron skillet. When browned, pour in 2 cups water to release browned from bottom of pan. Pour into 4-quart pressure cooker and cook for 15 minutes. Set aside to let pressure cool down in cooker. Remove top of pressure cooker after cooled. Put in potatoes, carrots and onion soup mix. Add 2 quarts of water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and boil for 20 minutes. Top with Bisquick Dumplings.
