Beef Stew - Oven Baked - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat, cut small
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    6 medium potatoes, cut in half
    6 small onions
    carrots (in 1-inch pieces)
    1 can cream of celery soup (I use 2)
    1 to 1 1/2 cans water
    1/4 c. catsup (or more)
Preparation
    Put meat in roaster.
    Add onion soup mix; sprinkle on.
    Add potatoes, onions and carrots.
    Mix together cream of celery soup, water and catsup.
    Pour over stew.
    Bake, covered, for 2 to 3 hours.
