Sprinkle salt and pepper over pork chops and brown in skillet with oil.

Throw it all in a pot, heat to boiling. Cover, turn the heat down, and simmer for about fifteen minutes until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
This is very versatile. I threw in some shredded leftover chicken and splashed on some reduced sodium soy sauce. It was a quickie bowl meal so I tossed in some peas as well. Sometimes I put some leftover pork in with half a cup of pineapple, or a bit of leftover teriyaki sauce and meat.

Season pork chops with garlic salt and pepper
In heavy sauce pan, saute onion and garlic in oil and butter until softened.
Add wine, chicken bouillon and tomato sauce, bring to a boil.
Cook uncovered at a low-boil for about 10 minutes. Add more wine or water if sauce is too thick.
Slice tenderloin into 1/2\" slices and place in sauce. (I flipped them right away so sauce was on top and bottom.).
Cover pan and cook until pork is heated through, which shouldn't take more than 3-4 minutes.
Serve over wild rice.
