Pork Balls With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. ground pork or mixture of beef and pork (I use mixture)
1/8 medium onion
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 small egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. tomato juice or thin soup
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix meat; chop onion and add to meat.
Add washed rice. Combine crumbs, beaten egg, salt, pepper and milk and mix with rice and meat.
Mix well.
Form in balls.
Put in roasting pan. Pour tomato soup over meat balls.
Cover pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
Baste and add water if necessary so balls won't be dry.
