Baked Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Season chops with salt and pepper.
    Brown chops in frying pan.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cover with rice.
    Mix soup and milk; pour over chops and rice, being careful to cover with liquid.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours. Soup will be absorbed into rice.
