Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 can mushroom soup
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Rinse rice and drain.
Place in bottom of baking dish. Combine soup, water, broth, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Place pork chops on rice.
Pour soup mixture over chops.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chops and rice are done.
