Chicken Or Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium chicken or 4 to 6 pork chops
    1 standard size can beef broth
    1 can onion soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a baking dish (8 x 11 1/2-inch) melt margarine and sprinkle with rice.
    Place salted chicken pieces with skin side up or pork chops on top of rice.
    Add beef broth and onion soup by pouring over meat.
    Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
