Pork Chops With Amber Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1 c. chicken with rice soup
    1 1/2 c. packaged, precooked rice
    1 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in heavy skillet; season with salt and pepper.
    Place
    rice
    in a 12 x 10 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Pour orange
    juice
    over rice.
    Arrange browned pork chops on rice. Pour
    soup
    over
    all.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
