If using pasta, cook al dente and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine onion, celery and imitation crab meat.
In a separate bowl, mix all dressing ingredients (beginning with mayonnaise.
Pour dressing over crab mixture.
Gently fold in cooked, cooled pasta.
Toss lightly to combine.
Cover and chill 2 hours to overnight before serving.
Serve on Romaine or red lettuce leaf.
Without pasta, may serve with crackers or inside of a sandwich. Garnish with radishes and mandarin orange slices.

Dissolve gelatine in 3 tablespoons cold water.
Remove soup from stove.

Cook elbow macaroni (per directions on package). Drain macaroni.
Run cold water over it and drain again. Add imitation crab, diced celery, diced onion and Old Bay seasoning.

Cook and drain pasta.
Mix in crab, onion, green pepper, carrot and celery.
Add salad dressing to taste.
Chill overnight. Serve cold.
Do not attempt to freeze.
Stores refrigerated up to one week.
More consistent results obtained with imitation crab.

Crab Dip

Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add grated garlic and onion.
Add Worcestershire sauce and crab meat.
Chill a few hours before serving with Wheat Thins or other crackers.

Warm Artichoke And Crab Dip

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and onion in a bowl using a hand mixer. Gently fold artichoke hearts and imitation crab, Monterey Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheese into the cream cheese mixture; spread into a pie plate.
Bake in preheated oven until browned and bubbling on top, 15 to 20 minutes.

Nontraditional Crab Dip

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, imitation crab, green onion, garlic, lemon juice, jalapeno and 1 cup shredded cheese. Transfer to an oven safe serving dish, or nice pie plate. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the top.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the edges are boiling and cheese has melted in the center.

Hot Crab Dip

Melt cheese in microwave or double boiler.
Add crab, scallions and mayonnaise.
Heat until just bubbly.
Serve with corn chips or Melba rounds.
Do not substitute for any of the ingredients!
Not a lo-cal dip, but it will be a hit!

Marie'S Crab Dip

Combine crab, onions, parsley and lemon juice with enough mayonnaise to hold mixture together.
Salt and pepper to taste. Let stand several hours in refrigerator before serving.
Dip is very good served on your favorite snack crackers.

Imitation Crab Dip

Mix the ingredients, adding the gelatine last.
Pour into a dish and refrigerate.
