Marie'S Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. imitation crab
    4 or 5 green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. (heaping) finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    mayonnaise (see below)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine crab, onions, parsley and lemon juice with enough mayonnaise to hold mixture together.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Let stand several hours in refrigerator before serving.
    Dip is very good served on your favorite snack crackers.
