Swiss Corn Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F Lightly grease a casserole dish; set aside.
In a bowl, combine thawed corn, chopped scallions, shredded Swiss cheese, flour, pepper and salt. Mix well.
Stir in the evaporated milk.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold in the corn mixture.
Pour the corn mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
Mix the 2 tbsp melted butter with the crushed cracker crumbs; sprinkle over the corn casserole mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for about 30 minutes or until a bit golden.

Cut up butter; place all over top of corn casserole.

Holiday Squash Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Grease the bottom and sides of a 13\"x9\" glass baking dish with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
With a hand grater or food processor, shred zucchini, squash and onion. Add to a large mixing bowl. To the bowl, add the shredded cheese, eggs, milk and oil. Stir to combine.
Once combined, add the corn muffin mix and your salt and pepper. Stir again to completely incorporate all ingredients. Pour into prepared baking dish and bake on middle rack of oven for 1 hour. Serve warm or room temperature, and enjoy!

Granny'S Corn Casserole

Beat eggs in medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour into sprayed or buttered casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Note: If doubling this recipe use 5 large eggs.

Creamy Corn Casserole

Grease deep casserole. Put the two cans of corn and melted butter in casserole; mix well. Add Jiffy cornbread and blend. Fold in the sour cream until well mixed. Bake, uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes or until golden brown.

Sausage Corn Casserole

Return to oven, bake additional 15 minutes, or until dish is slightly puffed, bubbly, and browned around the edges.

Scalloped Tomato And Corn Casserole

Butter 1 quart casserole; swirl 1/4 cup crumbs around in casserole.
Drain tomatoes and reserve juice.
Add tomatoes and half of juice.
Add corn; salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with remaining bread crumbs.
Cover with reserved juice.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for 1 hour or until bubbly.

Holiday Vegetable Casserole

Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a casserole dish with Pam.
Drain Beans, Corn And Water Chestnuts and layer in bowl.
In a separate bowl mix soup,Sour Crwm and Onion.
Spread mixture over vegetables.
Sprinke Cheddar Cheese on top.
Melt butter and mix with Crackers ( I usually do this in a Zip Lock bag).
Spread Cracker mixture on top of casserole.
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Mix all together in bowl and place in 2 to 3-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.

Mix all ingredients and put into a buttered 9 x 9 casserole dish. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Cheesy Spaghetti Corn Casserole

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Mix both cans of corn and 1 1/2 cup of cheese in a casserole dish.and the milk
Break spaghetti into 1/4's and mix into mixture.
Gently pat down so no spaghetti noodles are poking out.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over mixture.
Pour margarine over mixture in a circular motion.
Put foil over the top and put in oven for 1 hour.
Take out of oven and stir.

Corn Casserole(Pennsylvania Dutch Recipe)

Combine corn, sugar, salt, pepper and egg in baking dish. Add enough milk to cover mixture. Stir in completely. Dot top with butter. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Recipe can easily be doubled.

Holiday Potato Casserole

Boil potatoes.
Cool.
Shred potatoes.
Add 1/2 cup butter, salt, pepper, soup, sour cream and cheese.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Let set in refrigerator overnight.
Cover with corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
