Fry and drain bacon. Crumble into small pieces. Brown and drain ground beef. Put bacon and ground beef in a crock-pot. Drain lima, pinto and kidney beans. Add all beans to crock-pot. You can use the bean juice if more liquid is needed. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. Can be frozen and reheated as necessary.
Brown and drain the hamburger meat in a pan.
Do the same for the chicken.
Place into crock pot with remaining ingredients, stir well and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6. (I used the high setting due to lack of time).
Enjoy with cornbread and an ice-cold Newcastle.
Brown ground beef with diced peppers and onion. Drain well. Place ground beef mixture in crock-pot; sprinkle gravy mix over ground beef mixture. Toss diced potatoes with melted butter to coat and add to crock-pot; add whole kernel corn and creamed corn. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serves 4 to 6.
Brown the ground beef. Transfer to crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients. Mix to combine. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours (or high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours). Serve with brown rice. Serves 4 to 6.
Place Ground Beef, Chili Mix, Kidney Beans and Tomato Sauce in a large 6 quart Crockpot and stir well. This makes a FULL POT so be careful!
Cook on low until hot and bubbly about 5 - 6 hours.
Add the Cheese and allow it to simmer on low for another half hour.
Serve with crackers or chips and enjoy!
In a skillet, add a little olive oil cooking spray and brown the ground beef until it is fully cooked. (This takes about 7-8 minutes.).
Place the cooked ground beef in the crock pot along with all of the other ingredients.
Mix everything up together with a large spoon.
Place the lid on the crock pot and let it cook for 6-7 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
Season with salt and pepper, top with whatever toppings you like and enjoy!
Quick soak beans in 5-quart pan.
Bring water to boil; add beans, then boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
Allow beans to soak for 1 hour; wash.
Then crumble ground beef (uncooked) into crock-pot. Add all other ingredients; stir slowly.
Set crock-pot on medium-high.
Cook for 3 to 4 hours.
Chili is done when beans are tender; the longer it cooks, the better it tastes.
Serve with grated Cheddar cheese, extra chopped onions and cornbread.

Cook Hamburger, onion and green peppers together in a skillet until hamburger is no longer pink.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients and ground beef in a crock pot.
Add water to thin if needed.
Cook on low heat for 3 hours.
Add Jalapeno Peppers or Hot Pepper Relish to taste per serving.
Cook ground beef and drain.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese and cornbread mix.
Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours.
Prepare cornbread batter and set aside until batter thickens.
When batter is thicken, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of beef mixture in crock pot and then top with cornbread batter.
Cover and cook on High 30 minutes or until cornbread is cooked through.
Place the beef in your crock pot, on high heat.
Add onion, mushrooms and garlic to a 12\" non-stick skillet and saute over medium high heat for 5 minutes, or until soft. Stir occasionally. Add to the crock pot.
Add carrots.
Place the beans in a blender or food processor, with the broth, and blend until pureed. Add to the crock pot.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours. Garnish with fresh thyme.
I served this over spinach, but it would be nice in a big bowl with some lovely French bread!

Brown Ground Beef and drain.
Add Beans, tomatoes and soup.
Add spice`s and simmer for at least 1 hour.
In a large frying pan, cook ground beef.
Add onion and cabbage and cook until tender. Put ground beef mixture into large pot and add tomato juice, frozen vegetables, water, salt, pepper, parsley and bay leaf.
Bring to a boil and simmer until vegetables are tender.
Bring soup to a boil again.
Add noodles and simmer until noodles are done.
You may add more water if you like it that way.
For the crock pot/slow cooker method; in a
Ground the beef in a pan until cooked through. Drain and add to the crock pot.
Add the pinto beans, kidney beans, beef broth and diced tomatoes to the crock pot.
Dice the onion, green pepper, jalapeno.
Heat a pan with the olive oil and add the onion, green pepper and jalapeno until the onion started to caramelize/brown.
Add the chili powder, oregano and cumin. Mix. Next add the tomato paste and mix. Add to the crock pot.
Cook for 4 hours on high, 6-7 hours on low.
