Crock-Pot Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 large onion, diced
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    2 ribs celery, diced
    2 c. whole mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, undrained
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Break up beef in large crock-pot, then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Stir to blend well.
    Cover and cook on high heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or low heat for 10 to 12 hours.
    Yields about 10 cups.
