Fresh Fruit Pizza

Grease a pizza pan or pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Press cookie dough evenly on bottom of pan to form a crust.
Bake 16 to 20 minutes on 350 degrees until golden brown. Allow to cool completely, about 20 minutes.
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Whisk until well combined and smooth.
Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese.
Stir jelly until smooth. Brush jelly over fruit. Keep refrigerated until served.
To serve, cut into wedges.

Fruit Pizza

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place thawed dough on lightly floured surface and roll out to 13-inch circle.
Transfer to a 12-inch pizza pan.
Trim excess dough, leaving a 1-inch border extending over pan edges.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden; let cool.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, orange peel and vanilla well together. Spread over cooled cookie.
Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture.
Brush fruit with lemon juice.
Chill for 2 to 3 hours. Serves 8 to 12.

Fruit Pizza

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cover 12 to 14-inch pizza pan with foil.
Cut cookie dough into 1/8 to 1/4-inch slices.
Arrange over foil and press together.
Bake 10 minutes, until golden.
Cool completely.
Mix cream cheese with sugar and spread over top.
Mix brandy, vanilla and apricot preserves and heat until boiling. Place fruit on cream cheese and pour apricot mixture over all. Chill.

Cut cookie dough into slices 1/8-inch thick.
Line a 14-inch pizza pan with cookie slices overlapping slightly.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Cool.
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
Spread mixture over cookie crust.
Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer.
Glaze with combined marmalade and water.
Chill.

Fruit Pizza With Orange Glaze

Grease a round pizza pan well.
Slice cookie dough 1/4\" and cover the pan with dough overlapping.
Bake as directed.
Slice the assorted fruit while cookie is baking.
Allow cookie to cool then spread cream cheese over dough.
Arrange fruit over cream cheese.
Glaze: combine orange juice, lemon juice, sugar and corn starch in a sauce pan.
Cook on low until thickened.
Once sauce is thickened allow to cool completely before pouring over fruit pizza.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.

Philly Fruit Pizza

Cut cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices.
Arrange cookie slices slightly overlapping on foil covered 14-inch pizza pan.
Press edges to seal.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool and remove from foil onto serving plate.
Combine cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
Spread over crust; arrange fruit on cream cheese mixture.
Glaze with marmalade and water; mix.
Chill.

Spread cookie dough on a large pizza pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
Cool.
Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; spread over cooked cookie crust.

Spread filling over top of all fruit as a glaze.

Press cookie dough over sprayed or greased pizza pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
Let cool.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla and cream cheese.
Spread over cooked and cooled cookie dough.
Slice fruit desired such as bananas, kiwi and strawberries or pineapple, bananas and strawberries.
Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture. Mix orange juice, 2/3 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Bring to boil and let boil for 1 minute.
Pour over fruit mixture.
Chill.

Bring mixture of fruit juice, cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Bake sugar cookies on one sheet so that 1 large cookie is made using directions on package. Cream Cool Whip and cream cheese together until smooth.

Arrange fruit over cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture.
Make sauce and cool.
Pour over fruit.
Serve chilled.
