Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury's best refrigerated sugar cookies or slice and bake cookies
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    assorted fruit (strawberries, grapes, kiwi, blueberries, bananas)
    1/2 c. orange marmalade, peach or apricot preserves
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Freeze cookie dough 1 hour.
    Slice into 1/8-inch slices.
    Line 14-inch pizza pan with foil.
    Overlap cookie slices and bake at 375\u00b0 12 minutes or until brown.
    Cool.
    Invert onto serving plate and remove foil.
    Turn right side up.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and mix until well blended.
    Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit on cream cheese.
    Layer in a pinwheel design. Glaze with combined preserves and water.
    Chill.
    Cut into wedges.
