Ingredients

1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 container Cool Whip
1 c. fruit juice (orange juice)
1 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
fresh fruit of your choice (strawberries, oranges, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, apples, bananas, cherries)
Preparation

Bring mixture of fruit juice, cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Bake sugar cookies on one sheet so that 1 large cookie is made using directions on package. Cream Cool Whip and cream cheese together until smooth.
Spread on cooled cookie.
Arrange fruit over cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture.
Make sauce and cool.
Pour over fruit.
Serve chilled.
