1 (18 oz.) roll refrigerated sugar slice and bake cookies
4 oz. container low-fat cream cheese
4 oz. fat-free cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
assorted fruits
1/2 c. orange marmalade, peach or apricot preserves
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Cut cookie dough into 1/8-inch slices.
Arrange cookie slices, slightly overlapping on aluminum foil covered 14-inch pizza pan; press edges to seal.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool; remove from foil onto serving plate.
Combine cream cheeses, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Spread over crust.
Arrange fruit on cream cheese mixture.
Glaze with combined marmalade and water.
Chill.
Cut into wedges. Calories 215, fat 8 gm and sodium 240 mg.
