Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
    8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
    4 c. thinly sliced fruit (3 to 4 kiwi, 1 banana, 1/2 pt. strawberries, etc.)
    1/2 c. apricot preserves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cover 12 to 14-inch pizza pan with foil.
    Cut cookie dough into 1/8 to 1/4-inch slices.
    Arrange over foil and press together.
    Bake 10 minutes, until golden.
    Cool completely.
    Mix cream cheese with sugar and spread over top.
    Mix brandy, vanilla and apricot preserves and heat until boiling. Place fruit on cream cheese and pour apricot mixture over all. Chill.
